Tour Plan
Reception at the Airport or Hotel in Iquitos, Transfer by car and then boat navigating the Amazon River and then Yanayacu river a trip of 3 hours and half aproximately to arrive to our jungle Lodge. Welcome drink of local fruits and distribution in your private Bungalow or Cabines
Upon arriving at the lodge lunch at 01:00 pm,
you will be welcomed with refreshments as your accommodations are prepared. Lunch is served at noon, and then there will be some time to relax and prepare things for the first day’s activities.
At 3:00 pm, the group will depart for a jungle walk to look for wildife as monkeys, sloth, giant wáter lili pads
Dinner at 7:00 pm. After dinner, depart again to search for nocturnal wildlife such as Caiman, Capibaras ( the biggest rodent in the world ) frogs, snakes and enjoy the jungle symphony.
Before breakfast early excursion (optional)
Breakfast at 8:00 am
After breakfast we will be exploring the amazon river to search for pink and grey river Dolphin and swimming in the dream river. Your guide will share his knowledge about this magic amazonian dweller, so during the excursión you can observe birds, sloth, iguanas as well we’ll head back to the lodge for lunch
Lunch at 1:00 pm
At 3:00 pm, After a Good relaxing time we go for piranha fishing at Corriente lake where you can have the chance catch and take to lodge so you can try your best catch (optional) after a goos fishing you will explore arounf the area looking for some wildlife as macaws, sloth, monkeys and many more. On the way back to the lodge, there will be a stop to see the sunset. Afterward, you will return to the lodge, where dinner will be served at 7:00 pm
Dinner at 7:00 pm,
After dinner we will go a jungle walk to look for creepy crawlies, such as tarantulas, spiders, bullfrogs, dwarf caimans, and many more if you are lucky you will probably see snakes and porrcupine
Starting at 5:30 am (optional) we will board to observe the awakening of nature in the Amazon River, we leave early by boat to see the Amazonian sunrise to appreciate one of the unique and pleasant moments that the jungle offers us and birdwatching and then we come for breakfast
Breakfast at 8:00 am Jungle walk into the igapo forest to look for wildlife the howler monkeys, pygmy monkeys (the smallest monkey in amazon) and owl monkeys and hike into this amazing hábitat to observe the Hoatzin bird and
Lunch at 1: 00 pm
The departure time is at 1: 30 pm or 2 : 00 pm transfer to the airport or hotel
Don't forget that all our Amazon tours and itineraries are flexible in the lodge.This is an example of 3-day activities, do not hesitate to tell us your opinion or what you would like to do. Coordinate with your naturalist guide and he will give you best suggestions according to your ideas.
Amazon Wildlife Adventures wants you to enjoy your jungle trips in Peru to the fullest , so we recommend that you carefully read and obey the instructions before your reserve
• To make a reservation you must deposit a minimum of 20% of the total sale
• If you cancel the reservation, it must be within 48 hours before the arrival date. This process has a retention penalty of 20% of the total deposit. Outside this period, everything deposited is retained.
• If you make any changes to your flight itinerary, you must notify us in advance, otherwise we are not responsible and you must assume your own reception and transfer costs.
• All payments from abroad, have a 5% surcharge for International Transfer Tax
• All the food indicated in your itinerary is provided in the jungle. If you are allergic to any meat or if you are vegetarian, you must indicate it in the contract. Soft drinks and juices are not included in lunch and dinner.
• If you wish to leave the tour before the end of the contracted days, it will be under your responsibility and assuming your own river and land expenses (along with those of the guide).
• If you are a conflictive, negative, disrespectful and uncomfortable person to the other participants, you will be removed from the accommodation without the right to anything.
• The tours are guided in Spanish, if you wish to be guided in English you must indicate in this contract
• Tips are not included in payments, if you wish to do so, you do so of your own free will
• You should not make any extra payment, if required by the guide, you must communicate
• If you are a person with racist, classist attitudes, etc., and/or offend the guide, assistant or person part of the company staff, the tour will be terminated without any right to claim or refund.
• The company is not responsible for the loss of money or objects fallen into the river or forgotten in the farmers' house or at the campsite.
